Our adminition is starting a new program. Aging with Grace.

How can Oregonians live a longer, healthier and happier life?

We have researched Centenarians (people living to 100 and older) from around the world and compiled a list of their tricks and tips to living a very long, healthy and happy life. Our intensive research is going pay off and we will prove that with proper implantation, Oregon will be the best state to grow old in and be in the top 3 for the state with the longest life-span

Not only will we achieve the ranking as the healthiest state in the US but Oregonians quality of life will be exponentially better.

We will be dedicating a group of professionals in each and every one of our counties specifically meant to help elders age with grace.

Our team will be focusing on 7 goals:

Social connectedness

Safety

Staying healthy, eating healthy, being healthy

Civic freedom

Public transportation

Body movement and agility

Creating capability (Capability will ensure your independence)

Healthy, happy and longevity. That’s our goal.

We want as many centenarians as possible to enjoy the aging process.

It is often said that where you live can determine how old you can live. We are here to prove that Oregonians can reap the benefits to live a long, fun and healthy life.

We will create an Aging with Grace Meet-Up group designed to keep the communities connected and share what is working best and what is not working.

For all seniors not able to drive, we will provide free transportation to places of interest.

We will showcase ideas to keep your body as youthful as possible. The fun begins.

Aging with Grace...it's what Oregonians do.
