Lieutenant Youth Governor

Oregon will create then introduce a Lieutenant Youth Governor of Oregon.

We need the thoughts and opinions of our children and young adults to give a perspective from his or her age group of what's happening in their lives. What's important to them? We must understand and respect their daily situation and what can we do to make it better.

We will simply connect with every High-school and middle school administration in Oregon and guide them to help create a healthy competition and system so each and every student who is interested in participating can easily do so.

Each participant must submit 3 ideas they want implemented with regards to Oregon's youth and young adults. Issues that affect them greatly and things that they want improvement on. Then every kid via their school gets to vote.

Every kid in Oregon via their school gets to vote and choose their favorite ideas. The winner who gets the most total votes for the best ideas gets to be the Youth Governor of Oregon and we will implement those 3 ideas. (assuming legal and doable)

The Youth Gov will be responsible in helping to make them happen and implement them into action. This will also have the affect of making politics more enjoyable for youth.
