Who wants to become a millionaire?

The drug culture is rampant. We are focusing on the wrong people. The addicts need help. The dealers need money. It is the manufacturers who will be our primary focus. Take them out and we cut the head off of the dragon.

Anyone with knowledge of a drug manufacturer in the state of Oregon can anonymously call the our hotline. Once convicted this anonymous caller will receive $1million. Or, half a million for smaller manufactures.

This will become a very public and a very, very tempting deal for those who work alongside the head-honcho.

"Who wants to become a millionaire?" 

Let's scare the shit out of drug manufactures. Their time is coming up. The cost of dealing with this drug epidemic is in the hundreds of million dollars. The cost of making someone a millionaire by helping to get rid of these manufacturers will pale in comparison.

Any large scale illegal drug manufactures (not marijuana) caught in our state will get the harshest of prison sentences.

Additionally, Drug users are penalized too harshly. No longer will they get prison sentences. Drug manufactures are the root of the cause.
